Both Lisa and Simon are members of the International Association of Animal therapists. This is a professional body dedicated to ensuring the highest possible standards in the animal therapy industry. Membership requires therapists to have completed a recognised animal therapy course, to only treat an animal under veterinary referral, to complete continuing professional development and carry insurance.

Both Lisa and Simon are registered with the Institute of Canine Hydrotherapists which is a subgroup of the Institute of Registered Veterinary & Animal Physiotherapists. The ICH represents qualified professionals and promotes excellence in therapeutic canine hydrotherapy.
